Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing and facilitating team meetings (briefings, steering meetings, etc.).
• Help communicate and ensure clear understanding of managerial messages.
• Support monitoring of team members (skills development, activity tracking).
• Assist the Unit Manager in preparing managerial materials.
• Contribute to the production of activity reporting.
• Help organize and schedule activities according to objectives.
• Track action plans and propose improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to handling requests and ensuring the quality of responses provided.
• Take part in analyzing malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with processes and service commitments.
• Occasionally support teams on operational matters.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in management, business administration, or a related field.
• Initial experience (internship, work-study, academic project) in activity management, operations monitoring, or an operational environment.
• Proficiency with office tools, in particular: Excel (data tracking, tables, analyses); PowerPoint (structuring and presenting information); Word.
• Strong analytical skills, are rigorous, and possess well-developed organizational abilities.
• Interested in managerial responsibilities and desire to develop skills in team facilitation and activity management.
• Autonomous, reliable, and proactive; able to take initiative while collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Interpersonal ease, good listening skills, and diplomacy; want to grow in a demanding, educational, and collaborative environment.
