Job summary

Alimak Group's IFMS division in France is seeking a Business Engineer to manage auditing and adequacy for customer sites in the Vaires-sur-Marne area. You will understand client processes, present audit findings, design solutions, and coordinate with partners to clear reservations and win orders.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, margin responsibility, and monitoring performance with contract managers and the sales director to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the auditing and adequacy activity on customer sites.
• Understand the organisation and processes of customers.
• Present audit and adequacy reports to customers.
• Imagine the solutions to be provided, carry out the studies and consult the necessary partners in order to remove all the reservations of the reports.
• Present our solutions to customers in order to obtain their buy-in and order.
• Monitor the smooth running of the projects and accept them with the customer.
• Be responsible for the margin achieved on your projects.
• Monitor business performance indicators.
• Work jointly with contract managers, business managers and the sales director to ensure customer satisfaction.
