Business Assurance in France seeks a Business Developer to drive growth in sales through new business development and ensure service excellence for clients. You will structure solutions and help clients improve their business performance by applying internationally recognized standards.

You will lead BD plans for France, drive MSC and training sales, and build a local partner network. You will participate in events, support digitalization projects, and share insights with the global sales

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development covering B to B services in the Certification and Training industry.
• Strategic approach towards customers by translating knowledge into value-added solutions.
• Market intelligence and deep understanding of the competitive landscape in France.
• Experience in managing and developing key accounts and winning new clients.
• Fluent English needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work remotely.

Aufgaben

• Lead sales and business development plans and execute to achieve ambitions in France (60% hunting, 20% farming, 20% account management).
• Drive sales and BD of Management System Certification (MSC) and training in France with individual and team targets.
• Seek opportunities to develop new business and share market knowledge with stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with customers and a local network of partners (consultants, channels).
• Initiate and participate in local actions such as events, tradeshows, conferences and exhibitions.
• Support digitalization transformation and other projects.
• Participate in global sales network meetings and ensure sharing in the French market.
