The role

As an Engagement Manager - Business & AI Transformation, you will lead complex transformation engagements for clients facing critical strategic, operational and organisational challenges.

You will combine strategic thinking, product expertise and hands‑on execution to translate business needs into high‑impact transformation initiatives. Working at the intersection of business, product, technology, data and AI, you will help clients transform functions, teams, operating models and ways of working while ensuring that solutions create measurable and sustainable value.

You will lead taskforces composed of strategy consultants and senior digital experts located across France and the UK, with the support of a Principal or Partner.

What you will do?

• Lead business, product, technology, data and AI transformation programmes from initial framing through execution and closing.
• Structure the problem, define the overall approach and organise the engagement into clear workstreams.
• Translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps, prioritised initiatives and concrete delivery plans.
• Combine strategic analysis, product thinking and operational execution to accelerate impact.
• Support the identification, prototyping, prioritisation and deployment of high-value solutions where relevant.
• Drive problem‑solving and analyses while maintaining a high level of quality and strategic coherence.
• Ensure that transformation initiatives deliver tangible business outcomes and sustainable improvements in performance.
  Lead clients and stakeholders
• Manage the day‑to‑day client relationship with senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, decision‑making sessions and alignment discussions across business, product and technology teams.
• Translate between business priorities, operational requirements and technical possibilities.
• Handle complex queries and challenges with confidence and pragmatism.
• Navigate complex, political and multi‑stakeholder environments successfully.
• Build trust with clients by combining strategic perspective, delivery discipline and a strong focus on outcomes.
  Own project delivery
• Lead projects from execution to closing, ensuring that timelines, milestones and team responsibilities remain on track.
• Manage resources, team capacity and end‑products while contributing to project profitability.
• Participate in setting up the appropriate team of strategy consultants and digital experts.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and executive‑readiness of all key deliverables.
• Anticipate risks, resolve delivery issues and maintain alignment with the client and the Singulier leadership team.
• Ensure the appropriate capitalisation of project knowledge, methodologies and reusable assets.
  Contribute to business development
• Contribute to building proposals and responding to client opportunities with the support of Partners, Principals, Directors and practice leaders.
• Help shape the problem statement, transformation approach, workplan, team structure and commercial scope.
• Identify opportunities to extend client relationships and support the growth of Singulier’s transformation offering.
• Bring innovative ideas to proposals, client presentations and problem‑solving discussions.
• Contribute to the development of Singulier’s market positioning and thought leadership on business, product, technology, data and AI transformation.
  Develop people and build the firm
• Lead and develop teams of consultants and digital experts across engagements.
• Coach Consultants, Analysts and junior team members, helping them build both consulting and transformation capabilities.
• Provide clear direction, feedback and support throughout projects.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, methodology development, knowledge sharing and recruitment.
• Help strengthen the culture, capabilities and long‑term growth of Singulier.

What we’re looking for

• 4–5+ years of experience in a strategy, digital, product, technology or business transformation consulting firm.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes in environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• The ability to combine strategic vision, structured problem‑solving and operational execution.
• Experience working across business, product, technology, data or AI topics.
• A strong understanding of how technology, data and AI can transform business functions, operating models and ways of working.
• Experience translating business needs into transformation roadmaps, prioritised initiatives or actionable delivery plans.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with confidence operating at senior and C‑level.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Demonstrated commercial abilities and an interest in contributing to proposals and business development.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the autonomy, pragmatism and proactivity required to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
