Singulier, a Paris-based growth and transformation partner, is seeking a hands-on digital marketing expert with deep performance marketing and applied AI capabilities. You will be embedded with client teams and leadership, driving multi-channel growth initiatives and AI-enabled marketing transformations to deliver tangible results.

• digital/marketing consulting, or
• agency environments with strong analytical exposure
• Experience in high-intensity environments (scale-ups, agencies, PE-backed companies)
• Fluent in French and English

Responsabilités

• Define and refine multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, SEO/GEO, content, affiliates)
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities across channels, customer segments, and markets
• Support investment decisions using CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, and marginal returns
• Challenge existing approaches and accelerate the shift towards AI-driven discovery and answer-based marketing
• Work hands-on with teams and agencies to test, iterate, and scale initiatives quickly
• Analyse performance, challenge channel mixes, and drive practical, high-impact actions
• Design and support measurement and experimentation frameworks (attribution, incrementality, geo tests, holdouts)
• Translate data into clear recommendations and ensure they are implemented and deliver results
• Identify and implement practical AI applications to improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and scalability
• Apply AI across campaigns, creative/content production, workflows, automation, and reporting

We are looking for ahands-on digital marketing expertwith strong depth in performance marketing and applied AI to help portfolio companies accelerate growth and transform their marketing capabilities.

You will beembedded alongside client teams and leadership, working on high-impact topics with a strong focus ondelivery, speed, and tangible business outcomes.

Drive growth strategy and performance

• Define and refinemulti-channel acquisition strategies(paid media, SEO/GEO, content, affiliates)

• LLM-based search and AI-generated answers

• brand visibility across authority and community platforms

Build future-ready marketing organisations

• Assess capabilities, tools, partners, and ways of working

• Help teams buildscalable, efficient, and data-driven marketing operationsfor the next stage of growth

We are looking for anexpert profilewho combines strong marketing depth, analytical thinking, and the ability tooperatein a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Experience

• 4–6 years in:

• growth or performance marketing (in-house), or

• digital / marketing consulting, or

• agency environments with strong analytical exposure

• Experience inhigh-intensity environments(e.g. scale-ups, agencies, PE-backed companies)

Expertise

• Strongexpertiseindigital acquisition channelsand performance marketing mechanics

• Proven ability to independently analyse performance and driveimpactful, business-oriented recommendations

• Solid understanding ofmeasurement frameworks(attribution, incrementality, CAC/LTV, media efficiency)

• Familiarity withdata &martechenvironments(GA4, GTM, CRM,Big Query, Looker, or equivalents)

AI (mandatory)

• Hands-on experience applying AI to marketing use cases isrequired(e.g. campaign optimisation, content generation, automation, workflows)

• Strong understanding of how AI is reshapingdiscovery, search, and marketing performance
