Singulier is seeking an Engagement Manager - Business & AI Transformation to lead complex transformation engagements for clients across France and the UK. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to translate business needs into high‑impact initiatives.

You will lead taskforces of strategy consultants and digital experts, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery milestones. This role offers autonomy and a path to grow Singulier's transformation practice.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in a strategy, digital or transformation consulting.
• Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder transformation programmes.
• Ability to blend strategic vision with execution.
• Experience across business, product, technology, data or AI topics.
• Strong senior-level communication and facilitation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Fluency in French and English required.

Responsabilités

• Lead business, product, technology, data and AI transformation programmes from framing through execution.
• Structure problems, define approach and organise workstreams.
• Translate challenges into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive high-quality analyses and ensure strategic coherence.
