Singulier is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex Due Diligence, Value Creation and Transformation engagements in AI, Data & Technology Advisory. You will work with Private Equity funds, portfolio company executives, founders and C-level leaders to shape critical strategic decisions.

You will supervise technology architectures, operating models and AI adoption, while ensuring delivery excellence and progress against business objectives across multiple engagements in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• Must have master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading technology, digital, data and/or AI due diligence engagements.
• Strong track record in transformation programs and value creation initiatives.
• Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders and ability to shape deals.

Our team of approximately 80 professionals across London, Paris and Munich brings together strategy consultants and technical experts across AI, data, technology, product and customer experience.

As part of the continued development of our Transaction Advisory practice, we support investors and management teams throughout the investment lifecycle, from investment evaluation and due diligence to post‑deal value creation and transformation.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in the growth of Singulier’s AI, Data & Technology Advisory practice. You will lead complex Due Diligence, Value Creation and Transformation engagements, manage senior client relationships, contribute to business development activities and help shape the future of our Transaction Advisory offering. You will work directly with Private Equity funds, portfolio company executives, founders and C‑level stakeholders on critical strategic, operational and technology‑related decisions.

Transaction Advisory, Due Diligence & Value Creation

• Lead Technology, Digital, Data and AI Due Diligence engagements for Private Equity clients
• Assess technology architectures, engineering organizations, product operating models and delivery capabilities
• Evaluate AI maturity, AI operating models, GenAI adoption and AI‑enabled value creation opportunities
• Assess technical debt, cybersecurity, scalability and operational risks
• Identify growth, productivity, operational efficiency and margin improvement opportunities enabled by AI, Data and Technology
• Develop investment recommendations and executive‑level deliverables
• Present findings and recommendations to investment teams, boards and executive stakeholders
• Support post‑acquisition value creation planning and portfolio transformation initiatives
• Contribute to the development of Singulier’s Due Diligence methodologies and market positioning

AI, Data & Technology Transformation

• Lead AI, Data and Technology transformation programs for corporate and PE‑backed clients
• Define AI and GenAI strategies, operating models and governance frameworks
• Identify, prioritize and scale high‑value AI use cases
• Design Data & AI transformation roadmaps
• Support companies AI adoption and change management initiatives
• Advise clients on technology strategy, operating model design and organizational transformation
• Support AI‑enabled product, customer experience and operational excellence initiatives
• Drive execution of strategic transformation programs and value creation plans

Client Leadership & Business Development

• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, investors and client stakeholders
• Lead proposal development and contribute to commercial opportunity shaping
• Identify opportunities within existing client relationships and support account growth
• Contribute to the expansion of Singulier’s AI, Data & Technology Advisory business
• Participate in thought leadership initiatives, market visibility and practice development
• Support the development of strategic partnerships within the AI, Data and Technology ecosystem

Team Leadership & Firm Building

• Lead multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
• Coach, develop and mentor Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers
• Ensure delivery excellence across teams and engagements
• Contribute to knowledge building, methodology development and asset creation
• Participate actively in recruitment and talent development initiatives
• Help shape the culture, capabilities and long‑term growth of the firm

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field from a leading university
• 6–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, AI advisory, transaction advisory, private equity support or a related environment
• Proven experience leading Technology, Digital, Data and/or AI Due Diligence engagements
• Strong experience leading complex transformation and value creation programs
• Strong understanding of AI ecosystems, GenAI, LLMs, enterprise AI adoption and AI operating models
• Strong understanding of technology architectures, cloud environments, software delivery models and data platforms
• Ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes and value creation opportunities
• Experience managing senior client relationships and influencing executive stakeholders
• Strong project leadership, team management and coaching capabilities
• Demonstrated contribution to business development activities and commercial opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute beyond client delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international and high‑growth environment
• Fluency in French and English
