Singulier, a strategy and transformation consulting firm, is seeking a Data & Strategy Consultant in Paris. You will partner with investment funds and leadership teams to structure problems, run analyses with Python and SQL, and translate results into actionable recommendations.

You will work with senior consultants and data scientists on due diligences and transformation projects, building executive-ready slides and dashboards while growing into autonomous client-facing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top-tier business or engineering school with data or quantitative specialization.
• Around 12 to 24 months of professional experience in strategy or data consulting, analytics, or a business-oriented data role.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to break down ambiguous business questions.
• Solid command of Python and SQL on real datasets.
• Clear communication and comfort building executive-ready presentations.
• A real interest in business and strategy, and the drive to grow into an autonomous, client-facing consultant.
• Fluency in English; French strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run the analyses that answer them — hands-on with Python and SQL on customer, commercial and operational data.
• Draw out the “so what”: identify trends, performance drivers and growth opportunities, and contribute to findings and recommendations.
• Build clear, executive-ready slides, dataviz and dashboards.
• Contribute to standardised analyses (market & competition, consumer insights, digital performance).
• Work alongside consultants, data scientists and digital specialists across due diligences and transformation projects.
• Take growing ownership of your workstreams — structuring, synthesis, client communication.
• Experiment with new analytical and AI-powered tools to improve the team’s productivity.

The Role

Our Data & Strategy Consultants work directly with investment funds,CEOsand leadership teams to solve high-stakes business problems through data. You work alongside senior consultants on that same track: you help structure the problem, run the analyses that answer it, and turn the results into clear recommendations — taking growing ownership of your workstreams as you progress.

This is a consulting role with strong hands-on analytics, not a back-office analyst role. We value structured problem solving and business sense as much as technical skill. You will work across due diligences and transformation projects, supported by senior consultants and data scientists, and we value pragmatic, business-orientedthinkingand the curiosity to learn fast.

Who You Are

You combine genuine analytical and coding ability with a consultant’s mindset: structured, curious about business, and keen to turn analysis into decisions.

Youlikely have:

• a degree from a top-tier business or engineering school with a data or quantitative specialization —e.g.HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Polytechnique,CentraleSupélec, Mines or ENSAE in France, or an equivalent leading international institution

• around 12 to 24 months of professional experience (a first permanent role / CDI) in strategy or data consulting, analytics, or a business-oriented data role

• strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to break down ambiguous business questions

• solid command of Python and SQL on real datasets

• clear communication and comfort building executive-ready presentations

• a real interest in business and strategy, and the drive to grow into an autonomous, client-facing consultant

• fluency in English; French strongly preferred

A first exposure to consulting, private equity or client-facing environments is a strong plus.

Location
