Benham & Reeves, in partnership with InStyle Direct, is hiring a BTR Sales Executive to drive growth in the Build-to-Rent sector. You will manage key relationships with developers and operators, lead proposals, and coordinate across design, lettings, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role is client-facing, with opportunities to expand within the BTR division as it scales, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience in Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector.
• Understanding of BTR project cycles and industry decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and sales cycles.
• Strong communicator and confident presenter with commercial awareness.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage relationships with BTR operators, developers, and consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities within the BTR sector through outreach and networking.
• Respond to BTR enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and present integrated solutions (furnishing, leasing, management).
• Lead the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to close, including pricing, proposals, contracts, and coordination.
• Work cross-functionally with design, lettings, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain and track activity in CRM (Salesforce), providing forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Attend industry events and client meetings, representing both brands professionally.
