Qualifications

• University degree in Business/Marketing/Brand Management.
• Minimum 4 years of brand marketing experience in international FMCG companies.
• Brand Manager role experience not less than 2 years.
• Excellent project management, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time.
• Fluent in English & French.

Responsabilités

• Identify growth sources and create the brand strategy for next 5 years
• Lead annual marketing plan
• Build brand innovation pipeline (product & packaging innovations)
• Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches and distribution priorities
• Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products
