Fred Perry is seeking a Sales Assistant in Paris to place customers at the heart of the experience. You will welcome customers, uphold brand values and support store operations while contributing to a vibrant, inclusive team.

In this role you will develop product knowledge, deliver friendly communications, help with stock, and learn about retail trends to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude toward the brand and community.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and collaborate in a team.
• Availability to work weekends or at least one day per week.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers promptly and courteously on entry.
• Represent Fred Perry and provide excellent service over creating loyalty.
• Support managers, designers and buyers by giving relevant feedback.
• Keep shop floor and stockroom well organised, stocked and visually appealing.
• Follow health and safety procedures and security protocols.
• Use product knowledge to address customer needs.
