Responsibilities include helping customers, replenishing stock, performing checkout duties, and supporting omni-channel orders, including in-store pick-up and ship-from-store.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; ability to create a welcoming customer experience.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
• Support Save the Sale, in-store pick-up, and ship-from-store orders.
