Mercor collaborates with a leading AI research organization to appoint experienced brand designers who will set quality benchmarks for real-world design tasks. You will craft precise grading criteria for brand identity systems, logos, and visual assets, then score samples with sharp, written justifications.

Applicants should bring 5+ years of agency-level branding experience, deep typography and layout skills, and exceptional written critique ability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional brand/visual design experience.
• Experience at world-class independent design agencies (e.g., Pentagram, Wolff Olins, Landor, Collins, IDEO).
• Strong written communication and ability to explain critique clearly.
• Deep fluency in typography, composition, color, and brand identity systems.

Responsabilités

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world brand design deliverables.
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against criteria with detailed written justifications.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly.
