Job summary

You will score AI-generated and human work samples with detailed written justifications for every score.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines, applying structured, evidence-based judgment to keep scores reproducible and defensible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising.
• Background as creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at top-tier global creative agencies, or senior brand marketing roles at leading consumer companies.
• Deep fluency in writing and evaluating creative briefs, campaign development, brand positioning, and messaging.
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and consistent.
