INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is seeking an HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our French People team in Bordeaux. You will support monthly payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities across multiple sites in France, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.

Working in a small, collaborative HR team, you’ll drive process improvements, generate HR reports, and help onboarding, changes, and offboarding while partnering with Payroll to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and payroll coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to produce reports and manage HR data.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly payroll processing and timesheet verification.
• Manage HR administration across onboarding, changes and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Update benefit data and coordinate with providers.
• Produce HR reports and support audits; drive continuous improvement.
