Job summary

Teamtailor is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Stockholm team. You will partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise deals, mapping customer HR tech stacks and designing how Teamtailor fits in.

You’ll lead integration, security, and data privacy discussions, and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding with a solid solution plan. You’ll be the technical leader in pre-sales, turning deal learnings into scalable assets, and feeding insights back to Product.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of B2B SaaS, including APIs, integrations, SSO and data flows.
• Excellent discovery and consultative skills with business-value focus.
• Strong commercial mindset and credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Outstanding presentation and demo skills for senior and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in multi-stakeholder sales cycles and team-selling with Account Executives.
• Assertive communicator with clear expectations and realism.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution design to secure the technical win with Accounts.
• Design tailored demos and workshops for talent acquisition, HR, IT and procurement.
• Act as go-to expert on API, Marketplace integrations and GDPR/security concerns.
• Document pre-sales findings and hand over to onboarding with clear scope.
• Provide feedback to Product from customer insights and market needs.
• Create reusable demo environments and reference architectures to enable teams.
