Job summary

JD.com Inc. is seeking a motivated Transportation Specialist to support and optimize end-to-end transportation operations, spanning pickup, sorting, transit, and final delivery.

You will improve routes, onboard carriers, monitor costs and service quality, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure a smooth, customer-focused logistics workflow. The role welcomes candidates with 0–3 years of experience, fluent in Spanish and Chinese, and strong analytical and communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Fluency in Spanish and Chinese for local partner communication.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with TMS or data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support transportation planning across pickup, sorting, transit, and final delivery; optimize routes and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating, onboarding, and managing carriers; track performance.
• Monitor costs, efficiency, service quality, and profitability; identify risks and gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to team goals and process training to strengthen capabilities.
