Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Backoffice Specialist and Fraud Analyst (service clients) in Paris. The role focuses on reviewing transactions for fraud, handling chargebacks, and supporting ecommerce order management, with daily liaison across departments and a customer-first approach.

Fluency in French and English is highly preferred; the position requires meticulous organization, proactive problem solving, and a collaborative attitude within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Ecommerce fraud detection and prevention, with customer-focused experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication for a diverse audience.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-starter who needs little supervision and takes initiative.
• Attention to detail and quick grasp of processes and tools.

Responsabilités

• Manually review transactions for fraudulent behaviour in a dedicated review queue.
• Investigate and respond to chargeback inquiries and disputes.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to monitor fraud incidents.
• Improve internal processes and support ecommerce order management.
• Analyze fraud patterns and communicate findings to Front Office and Ops.
