Job summary

Deliveroo Deliveroo for Work (DfW) is seeking a Corporate Service Centre Agent in Paris to onboard new corporate clients, handle account queries, and resolve escalations while driving growth in the French market. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence several days per week and collaboration with a dynamic team.

You will maintain strong client relationships, support renewals, and identify opportunities to expand usage through thoughtful, data-driven interactions.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in English and French.
• Experience in customer service and account management.
• Commercial awareness and account management experience, with confidence in upselling, building client relationships and using data to drive growth.
• Strong understanding of Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and ability to utilise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Care (50%): onboard new clients, handle account queries, resolve escalations for all markets (primarily French market).
• Commercial (50%): assist Corporate Account Managers with reporting, auditing key accounts, data entry, upsell opportunities, and renewals.
