Hiboo Systems SAS in Paris is seeking a 2-year apprenticeship SDR/BDR to drive top-of-funnel growth for our fast-growing SaaS start-up.

You will prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads, build a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to accelerate deals. A bilingual English/French speaker with prior SaaS experience is preferred, and a real appetite for hunter sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with strong command of French.
• 2-year alternance apprenticeship preferred in sales.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-paced start-up is preferred.
• Hunter mindset with persistence and resilience.
• Able to pitch a complex solution in both English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own the first stage of the sales cycle through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting.
• Identify high-potential accounts, map decision-makers, and initiate contact.
• Qualify leads quickly and build a healthy pipeline for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to accelerate deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting in HubSpot.
