Job summary

Singulart is seeking an Artist Liaison in Paris who will own relationships from onboarding to ongoing engagement, providing guidance and support to help artists maximize value on the platform. You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, drive retention, and contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach, clear communication, and data‑driven follow-ups with HubSpot and other tools.

Required are at least two years in a customer-facing role, fluency in English plus another

Qualifications

At least two years in a customer-facing role (e.g., account management, customer success, sales or support).
Strong written and spoken English with bilingual proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish or Italian).
Ability to explain information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
Sales/retention mindset and experience working toward retention or revenue targets a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact artists by phone, email and WhatsApp to build trusted relationships.
Own artist relationships from onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention.
Provide clear, empathetic guidance and help artists navigate Singulart’s tools and services.
Lead retention conversations and resolve artist inquiries through ticketing tools.
Share feedback and market insights to improve products and services.
