BESTSECRET is seeking a Head of Buying for Beauty & Sunglasses in Paris to shape a premium beauty assortment and drive sustainable growth. You will build and manage partnerships with leading brands, oversee assortment strategy, pricing, and inventory health, and lead a high-performing buying team.

Qualifications

• Extensive buying experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or Sunglasses.
• Proven track record of delivering growth through assortment planning and supplier management.
• Experience with global brands and emerging market players.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the category strategy for Beauty & Sunglasses, aligned with overall business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Own commercial performance of the Beauty & Sunglasses category, including revenue, margin, assortment productivity, and inventory health.
• Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with leading beauty brands and suppliers.
• Lead negotiations with brand partners to secure the best commercial terms and exclusive launches.
• Partner with Merchandising, Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Foster innovation within the category by identifying emerging brands, trends, and opportunities in beauty.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing buying team, creating a culture of collaboration and accountability.
