You will advise on media topics, build clear strategic guidelines, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution with client and activation teams.

The role demands strong storytelling, data-driven recommendations, and fluency in English, with French as a plus for the local market.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of post-graduation experience in strategy/strategic planning.
• Solid understanding of paid, owned and earned media.
• Deep grasp of digital media (social, commerce, retail media, performance).
• Ability to balance data rigor with compelling storytelling in recommendations.
• Curious about culture, consumers, and evolving communication.
• Awareness of the European media context.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus for local market.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with research tools.
• Excellent presentation and writing with an autonomous yet collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define annual and campaign-level strategic direction for the beauty account.
• Advise the client on media topics shaping their category.
• Build annual strategic guidelines and actionable campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with client teams and activation leads to align strategy and execution.
• Present and defend recommendations to the client with confidence.
• Develop thought leadership content and post-campaign assessments.
• Monitor competitive and sector trends across Beauty, Retail, Luxury.
