Full House Resorts, Inc. in Cripple Creek, CO is seeking a line cook to join Chamonix Casino & Hotel. You will efficiently prepare all menu items with quality, taste, and timely service, including large orders, while maintaining high standards.

Under the lead of senior cooks and restaurant management, you will keep a clean kitchen, help guests with menu questions, and strictly follow safety and health guidelines to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Formación

• Two or more years of cooking experience in hospitality, restaurant, or gaming settings.
• Ability to work under deadlines or high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all menu items with quality, presentation, taste, and other details.
• Adjust to provide the best dining experience for all customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen at all times and ensure sanitation.
• Develop positive relations with guests and employees.
• Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, and resort operations.
• Receive ongoing training and guidance from kitchen leadership.
