Sephora in Florence is seeking a Back Office Assistant to support store managers with team scheduling, vacation calendars, onboarding for new joiners, and maintaining filing and documentation processes.

You will coordinate recruitment, manage supplies, ensure compliance with procedures and safety rules, and contribute to efficient warehouse audits, using SAP and internal systems to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Managers in planning store team schedules and monitoring discrepancies in the company management system
• Plan and manage the vacation calendar and training schedule
• Organize recruitment for new hires: CV screening and interview scheduling
• Onboard new joiners: plan onboarding activities, prepare documentation, and manage filing/archiving
• Manage supplies (through internal systems and external vendors); familiarity with SAP
• Ensure compliance with company procedures (policies and safety regulations)
• Continuously improving efficiency and ensuring proper maintenance of operations related to warehouse audits
