Sephora is seeking a Stock Assistant to join the Torino via Roma team. You will help manage daily activities, support store leadership, and organize the stockroom and deliveries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Strong organisational skills, teamwork, and good English are required. Prior experience in dynamic multinational retail is preferred, with a passion for beauty and customer service guiding your daily work.

• Experience in similar roles within multinational retail is preferred.

As a Stock Assistant, and a valued member of the Torino via Roma team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Supporting the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contributing to create a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Organizing and managing the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Receiving incoming goods and preparing outgoing goods.
• Handling goods within the store and be responsible for the organization of the stockroom of the store.
• Managing the inventory and stock verification.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
• Contributing actively in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
