Doctolib in Milan is looking for a B2C CRM Marketing Intern to join our Italian B2C Marketing team. You will support multi-channel CRM campaigns, from email to push notifications, and help create data-driven communications across the patient journey.

You will gain hands-on experience with audience segmentation, campaign testing and performance analysis, while learning brand guidelines and privacy requirements in a vibrant, international environment.

Competenze

• Curious about CRM, customer journeys, digital marketing and data-driven communication.
• Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication; adapt messages to audiences and channels.
• Comfortable interpreting basic campaign performance metrics.
• Interested in how data, technology and creativity improve engagement.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Comfortable using AI tools with an AI-first approach.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications and direct channels.
• Manage CRM campaign calendar; coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals and deliverables.
• Create and adapt CRM content with brand guidelines; optimize copy and visuals.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Implement automated and triggered onboarding, activation, engagement and reactivation journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance; prepare reports and identify insights.
• Support A/B testing on content, audiences and timing.
• Maintain CRM assets and campaign documentation.
• Ensure communications follow privacy and consent requirements.
