Jobtailor is seeking an in-store specialist to welcome and assist PRO customers, tailor services to their needs, and handle sales and quotations. You will provide after-sales support, participate in the loyalty program, and support visibility and product offerings for the professional market.

You will monitor KPIs, contribute to action plans, and work closely with a team to deliver excellent service and a high-quality self-service experience for professional customers.

• Knowledge of and interest in the professional (B2B) market.
• Proven experience working with professional customers (B2B).
• Commercial mindset and sales orientation.
• Customer-focused with a passion for service.
• Rigor and strong organizational skills.
