Signature Aviation Limited in Paris‑Le Bourget is hiring a Guest Experience Specialist to support daily base operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences for our private aviation guests and flight crews. You will manage guest reservations via Signet, coordinate arrivals and departures, and collaborate with the wider Guest Experience team to ensure accurate information is shared at every touchpoint.

The role requires 18+ with ability to pass checks, right to work in France, EU driving

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to pass company background checks
• Right to work in France required
• EU driving licence required
• Proven experience in aviation services or hospitality preferred
• Fluent in French and English

Responsabilités

• Manage guest reservations via Signet and ensure Outlook/Signet boxes are checked
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with flight crews
• Collaborate with Guest Experience team to share service details
• Deliver exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints from reservation to departure
• Maintain accuracy and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
