The ideal candidate holds an EASA and/or FAA Part-66 B1 license, has deep knowledge of aircraft systems, and possesses strong communication skills. Position Summary

This job is located in Paris Le Bourget. Are you the skilled, agile technician ready to deliver excellence where it matters most? As an AOG Technician, you will be the rapid response expert, providing immediate, on-site maintenance support to resolve Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. Your expertise in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair will minimize downtime and ensure our customers’ aircraft return to service safely and efficiently. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across technical and logistics teams, adapt to dynamic environments, and deliver world‑class service under pressure. Your professionalism, customer focus, and commitment to safety will set the standard for operational excellence and reinforce our reputation for reliability and trust.

Your mission
  • Lead Rapid Aircraft Recovery and Maintenance Excellence: Be the first responder to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events, delivering immediate, on-site maintenance support at both domestic and international locations. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems – mechanical, electrical, avionics, and structural – with precision and speed. Your actions minimize downtime and ensure our customers’ aircraft return to service safely and efficiently.
  • Drive Technical Solutions and Operational Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with maintenance control, engineering, and operations teams to determine corrective actions and expedite solutions. Manage AOG parts logistics, sourcing and requesting components, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely resolution. Liaise with customers, OEMs, and Jet Aviation base maintenance stations to deliver real‑time progress updates and build trust.
  • Champion Compliance and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance (EASA, FAA) and company procedures. Complete accurate maintenance documentation and service reports. Support aircraft return‑to‑service authorization in partnership with certifying staff, ensuring every detail meets airworthiness regulations.
  • Embody Jet Aviation’s Values and Customer Service Excellence: Serve as a trusted ambassador of Jet Aviation, building relationships and trust with customers and internal teams. Deliver customer service excellence, adapting to irregular hours, diverse operational conditions, and frequent travel.

  • Global Mindset and Professional Values: You hold an EASA and/or FAA Part‑66 B1 license, B2 highly preferred, multiple relevant aircraft type ratings, Gulfstream would be ideal, and proficiency in English.
