Harmattan AI is seeking an Automated Testing Module Lead to own the scenario library, execution strategy, and interface bricks for our autonomy stack. You will lead a four-engineer team across Paris and Lausanne, building a robust validation engine that speeds up flight software verification.

This senior role requires hands-on Python/C++, Linux, Docker, and CI experience. You will drive SITL/HITL test strategies, establish gating, and perform sim-to-real correlation with real flight data to

Qualifications

8+ years in automated testing, simulation-based validation, or test engineering for complex hardware-in-the-loop systems.
Hands-on design of scenario-based test suites on a simulation platform and defining coverage.
Strong proficiency in Python, C++, Linux, Docker, and CI environments.
Experience leading distributed engineering teams across sites.

Responsabilités

Lead team of engineers and set the module's strategy and roadmap.
Design and evolve a versioned scenario library for nominal/edge/off-nominal conditions.
Define tests across SITL, HITL, and CI with gating policies and telemetry.
Own interfaces with tooling and validation teams and ensure acceptance criteria.
Correlate simulation models with real flight data to close the sim-to-real gap.
