Harmattan AI is seeking a Module Lead for the Guidance & Control segment of its autonomous flight stack. You will own the roadmap, lead the team, and coordinate interfaces across the company to deliver mission-critical capabilities for high-speed autonomous systems.

Ideal candidates have MSc/PhD in aerospace or related fields and proven leadership in guiding real-vehicle software. Location-based; readiness to relocate to Lausanne, Paris, or Zurich is preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: MSc or PhD in aerospace, controls, robotics or related field.
• Proven ability to ship guidance or control software on real vehicles.
• Leadership experience: built or led an engineering team and owned a module.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Guidance & Control team from hiring to engineers' growth.
• Define and own the module roadmap with milestones and priorities.
• Oversee guidance, motion planning, and control law design and verification.
