Harmattan AI seeks a Validation Engineer to validate the performance, reliability, and readiness of autonomous defense systems. You will lead test campaigns on our systems, informing internal development and maintaining a competitive edge.

Responsibilities include planning system tests, conducting flight test campaigns, and refining test protocols in collaboration with hardware, software and systems teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in validation on aerospace or robotic systems.
• Solid understanding of rigorous testing and validation methodologies.
• Experience with flight dynamics, avionics, RF systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• System Testing: Plan and execute validation & verification of defense systems in simulated and real-world conditions.
• Flight Test Campaigns: Design and conduct tests for new features, hardware configurations, and software releases.
• Test Protocols: Define, document, and refine structured test procedures.
• Data Analysis: Capture and interpret telemetry, logs, and test outcomes to assess system behavior and guide design improvements with R&D.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with hardware, software, and systems teams to support debugging and iteration based on test outcomes.
