TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems for robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will work with senior technicians and operations teams to identify issues and ensure vehicles are calibrated and ready for testing and deployment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with structured problem solving.
- Experience working with vehicle electronics, sensors and control systems.
- Ability to follow engineering procedures and use diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Responsabilités
- Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting autonomous vehicle performance.
- Inspect, calibrate, and validate SDS hardware and sensors on vehicles.
- Perform software configuration, updates, and system validation checks.
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, software versions, and calibration results.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and depot teams to minimize downtime.
