TSMG Holding seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous fleets for robotaxi operations across Europe. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose complex faults, and support high-uptime operations with a safety-first mindset.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive tech, strong EV/ADAS know‑how, and experience using diagnostic tools and service software.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation.
Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
Shift-based work ability and English level: Upper-Intermediate.

Responsabilités

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
Support maintenance workflows for high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets operating in shift-based or 24/7 environments.
Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation and findings.
Collaborate with operations and fleet teams to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
