TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi deployments across Europe. You will monitor self-driving systems, respond to safety events, and ensure adherence to procedures while coordinating with engineering and depot teams.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; comprehensive training will prepare you for deployment and scaling across multiple European cities.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the performance of the self-driving system while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes while complying with local traffic regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe vehicle operation.
