TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleets across Europe. The role blends hands-on repair, EV diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, and software updates to keep fleets ready for daily deployment.

You will collaborate with Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, and engineering teams to minimize downtime, ensure safety, and support new city launches across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures and work in fast-paced environments.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EVs and autonomous vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
• Support high-availability fleet maintenance in shift-based or 24/7 environments.
• Perform vehicle software updates and validation checks.
• Lead shifts and mentor junior technicians; support training.
