TSMG seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations across Europe. You will ensure vehicle uptime, safety, and readiness for daily deployment while collaborating with AV Operations Leads and depot teams.

The role combines hands-on repair, EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety, software updates, and validation of autonomous driving hardware, sensors, and compute units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as automotive technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician.
• Strong experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of vehicle systems.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for daily deployment, testing, and commercial operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
• Support high-availability fleets in shift-based or 24/7 environments.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to engineering teams.
