Job summary

EGIDE invites engineering students to join a 6-month on-site internship in Paris region. You will develop vehicle control techniques for take-off and transition to boost, exploring literature, selecting actuators, and designing control laws with Python or MATLAB/Simulink.

You will work closely with a small, ambitious team on real hardware, with exposure to design, analysis, and flight testing, in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Final year engineering student with specialization in Applied Mathematics, Control Theory or Aeronautics.
• Basic knowledge of control theory and autonomous systems modelling.
• Proficient in Python or MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Literature review of existing vehicle-control solutions.
• Actuator selection to ensure take-off controllability.
• Controllability analysis and design of control laws.
• Simulation and validation in Python or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Testing on prototypes or full-scale systems.
