South Shore Health System is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our VNA team. You will evaluate and treat patients with sports, orthopedic and physical disorders, work with an interdisciplinary team, and coordinate care from evaluation through discharge.

We provide orientation, ongoing education, access to technology, and opportunities for professional growth. A Massachusetts PT license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or DPT from accredited physical therapy school.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Massachusetts PT license required and active.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with sports, orthopedic and physical disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to set goals.
• Direct and supervise rehab aides and students.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety.
