South Shore VNA, part of South Shore Health System, seeks Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one home-based care across MA communities. You’ll evaluate, treat, and progress patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Positions include full-time, part-time and per diem options with orientation, autonomy, tuition reimbursement, a robust benefits package and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or DPT from accredited physical therapy school.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and treats patients in home care with established standards.
• Documents care and handles billing per department guidelines.
• Maintains productivity and uses technology effectively.
• Communicates with staff, patients and families clearly.
• Pursues ongoing professional development and maintains professional behavior.
