South Shore Health System is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat a range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and lead the treatment plan while directing assistants and students.

Responsibilities include documentation, patient education, and adherence to regulatory standards, while maintaining productivity and professional development within the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as listed (BS, MS or DPT).
• Previous clinical/rehabilitation experience preferred; orthopedic rehab experience desirable.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts; maintain active license.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, re-evaluate and treat patients per standards and insurance parameters.
• Plan and direct patient care with evidence-based practice.
• Educate patients and families; discharge when skilled therapy is no longer needed.
• Direct and coordinate activities of rehabilitation staff and students.
