You will respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions, assist guests in vehicle selection, and share industry knowledge with a focus on service excellence.

Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using social media and basic software.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
