Welcome to the Jungle France is building the next-generation Welcome ATS, an AI-native Applicant Tracking System. As an Associate Product Manager, you will own well-defined problems and progressively take larger parts of the ATS experience, collaborating with a cross-functional squad of designers, engineers and AI specialists.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product management or closely with product, design and engineering teams.
• Fluent English communication across France and the UK.
• Experience shipping digital products and understanding the stages from discovery to delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own clearly scoped product problems from discovery through delivery, with guidance from the Product Team Lead.
• Build deep understanding of recruiters, hiring managers and candidates via conversations, data and input from commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to explore problems, define solutions and iterate quickly.
• Turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities and success metrics.
• Monitor feature performance and use results to inform future iterations.
• Contribute to the ATS roadmap and help identify key problems and opportunities.
