Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a junior Employment Lawyer to provide advisory support on individual and collective employment relations matters, conduct legal research, and draft memoranda and opinions. You will assist with sensitive, complex, and strategic employment law matters and support employment-related litigation.

The role also involves cross-border collaboration with international offices, participation in marketing and business development, and building long-lasting client

Requirements

• CAPA (French Bar qualification)
• Master’s degree (Master 2), preferably in Employment Law
• 0–2 years’ experience, ideally in business law
• Fluency in French
• Full professional proficiency in English, including legal terminology
• High level of professionalism
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
