CEVA Logistics in Roosendaal is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate a team of Warehouse Operators and Flex workers, lead daily operations, and apply LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement within the operation.

You will mentor the team, report to the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure safety and compliance, manage stock of consumables, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction during daytime shifts

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, retail, or FMCG.
• Solid understanding of warehousing processes and automated information systems.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge and skills in Excel like formulas and pivot tables.

YOUR ROLE

At our campus in Roosendaal, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Supervisor. In this versatile role, you will coordinate a team of Warehouse Operators and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You will lead the team, monitor progress and productivity, and make sure processes are carried out according to plan. An important part of your role is applying the LEAN philosophy, driving continuous improvement within the operation.

As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team on a daily basis. You act as a mentor and coach, fostering a positive working atmosphere where team spirit is key. Collaboration with colleagues is an important part of your role. You will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. The position is based on our campus in Roosendaal. And the working hours are daytime shifts: between 06:00 and 19:00.

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor include:

• Coordinating, guiding, motivating and inspiring a team of Operators and Flex workers;

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

Your workplace is in Roosendaal, where we have a whole campus of multiple warehouses! There, you will become part of the Warehouse Operations Team, consisting of 2 Assistant Warehouse Supervisor and a team of 8-15 employees. Together, you ensure that orders are processed correctly and the customer is happy. You do this within a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection!

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.820 and € 3.621 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
