Horrex is seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our busy logistics team in Vlaardingen. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping support while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

We value Dutch language skills, a forklift certificate, and 3–4 years of logistics experience, with English as a plus. This full-time role offers a stable environment and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Speak and write Dutch; English is an advantage.
• Flexible and precise with strong efficiency focus.
• 3–4 years of experience as a logistician.
• Forklift certificate is required.
• Driving license B or in progress.

Responsabilités

• Check incoming goods.
• Place goods on location in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipping; pack, palletize, seal.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Deliver materials to production; keep warehouse tidy and safe.
• Take stock counts and transfer items in the ERP system.
• Assist production as needed.

We are located in Vlaardingen, the Netherlands. We also have branches in the United States, United Kingdom and China. For our location in Vlaardingen we are looking for an enthusiastic warehouse employee.

What do we expect from you?

• You see the challenge in creating structure, guaranteeing it in procedures and maintaining it. You like to think along in improvement processes;
• You speak and write the Dutch language, English is an advantage;
• Flexible and with an eye for efficiency, working in a precise way;
• You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience as a logistician;
• You are in possession of a forklift certificate;
• You have your driving license B or are in the process of obtaining one;
• You are able to do physical work (health and safety standards);
• You are communicative, a team player and stress resistant;

Responsibilities

• Checking of incoming goods
• Physically putting incoming goods on location
• Preparing orders for shipping (assembling packaging, placing on pallets and sealing)
• Loading and unloading trucks, containers
• Delivery of materials to productionKeeping the warehouse orderly, tidy and safe
• Maintaining the grounds
• Taking stock counts
• Transfer items to other locations within the ERP system
• Transfer materials between production locations
• Assisting production as needed
