Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and professionalize its Operations teams in France. You will onboard, train, and provide operational expertise, while standardizing methods and best practices across the organization.

In this role you will manage profitability drivers, ensure compliance with procedures, and support the integration of new acquisitions and client contracts. A strong leadership mindset and proficiency with IT tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bac+2 or equivalent.
• Experience as Operations Manager or Transport/Rental Operator.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Ability to set priorities and manage contingencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office).

• Ability to work independently
