Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced Management Control professional to lead monthly closings, budgeting cycles and performance reporting. You will collaborate with the accounting and operations teams to provide accurate analyses and recommendations for corrective actions.

You will leverage Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sage and EPM tools with autonomy, strong written communication and excellent organizational skills to support monthly closings, variances, forecasts and annual budgets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management/Finance
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role in operational management control
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Autonomous, rigorous and well organized
• Team-oriented with interest in information systems
• Experience in the transport sector is a plus
• Excellent command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Sage and EPM solutions (Pigment)

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly closing activities in coordination with the accounting department
• Prepare monthly performance reports for operational managers (variance analysis and recommendations)
• Contribute to annual budget statements and quarterly reforecasts
• Support projects within Management Control scope
• Produce regular reporting

Description du poste

• Contribute to monthly closing activities in coordination with the accounting department (calculation of provisions, validation of analytical allocations)
• Prepare monthly performance reports for operational managers (variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions)
• Participate in the preparation of annual budget statements and quarterly reforecasts
• Support projects within the scope of Management Control
• Produce regular reporting

Requirements

• Master's degree in Management/Finance (Bac +5 or equivalent)
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role in operational management control
• Strong written communication skills, with excellent analytical and synthesis abilities
• Autonomous, rigorous and well organized
• Enjoy working in a team and have an interest in information systems
• Experience in the transport sector is a plus
• Excellent command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ideally familiar with Sage and an EPM solution (Pigment)
