Staycity Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our Staycity Disneyland property. You will shape the guest experience, drive performance across operations, and prepare for future general manager responsibilities.

The AGM role requires English and French fluency and involves leading Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B, with a strong focus on commercial results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading a complex hotel, aparthotel or similar guest-led operation.
• Proven leadership across multiple departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labour and cost management.

Responsabilités

• Own guest experience performance, ensuring consistently high standards across the property.
• Use guest feedback and audits to identify issues and drive improvement.
• Take accountability for budgets, targets and commercial responsibilities with Heads of Department.
• Lead recruitment, performance and succession planning across the property.
• Maintain health & safety, risk management and compliance across operations.
